It is important to also be clear about what you're asking for. Are you looking for your book to stay on the shelves? Are you looking to have an event? Are you looking to have a launch where the store would just sell the book that night? Stores all do things different. Not every story does every thing, so it's important to do that research.

The virtual events have allowed many of us to attend so many things around the country or world that we would never be able to attend in person...or perhaps even know are happening. Definitely one positive outcome from the pandemic!
